The Center for Research and Education at Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging conducts applied aging studies that enhance the lives of older adults and the family members, friends and professionals who care for them. Positioned within a service, research and advocacy organization, the Center for Research and Education is uniquely qualified to collaborate with health and social service providers in translating research findings into evidence-based programs and other useful products and resources.

Active in the field since the 1970's, the Elder Justice research team at Benjamin Rose has emerged as a leader in addressing issues associated with abuse, neglect and exploitation among older adults. Through a number of significant collaborations across the country, Benjamin Rose researchers have successfully developed tools and training programs that aid individuals in identifying and reporting instances of adult abuse.
